St. Maarten Island Drive (operating in collaboration with Paco & Sons Group) provides ground transport services in St. Maarten (Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin). This policy explains what information we collect when you book or contact us, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

When you book a ride or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details: your name, email, and phone number.
• Booking details: service, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date, passenger count, and any notes you add.
• A quoted price for the requested service.
• Information you share by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

3. How we use your information

• To confirm and carry out your booking.
• To contact you about your ride (by phone or WhatsApp).
• To improve our services and respond to your questions.

4. Data storage & payment

Booking requests are stored securely through our website's backend so our team can review and confirm them. To secure a booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is paid online through our secure payment provider (Revolut). The remaining balance is paid in person at the time of your ride — cash or card swipe (POS terminal). We never receive or store your full card details; card payments are processed by your card issuer and our payment provider.

5. Sharing your information

We only share your booking details with the driver assigned to your ride. We do not sell your information to third parties.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your booking information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
