1. The service

St. Maarten Island Drive provides ground transport in St. Maarten (Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin), including airport transfers, island tours, private charters, and group shuttles. Submitting a booking request through this website is a request, not a confirmed contract.

2. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once St. Maarten Island Drive accepts it and contacts you to confirm the time and details. Until then, the quoted price shown on the website is indicative.

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices shown on the website are indicative fares in USD.
• To secure your booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is paid online through our secure payment provider (Revolut). The deposit reserves your vehicle and time slot.
• The remaining balance is paid in person at the time of your ride — cash or card swipe (POS terminal).
• Final fare may adjust for airport zones, tour duration, or group size, and is agreed before the ride.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel or change a confirmed booking by phone or WhatsApp. Please give as much notice as possible. Cancellation terms for your specific booking are confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Passenger responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and place.
• Provide accurate flight, luggage, and passenger details when booking.
• Seat belts must be worn. Child seats are available on request.

6. Liability

St. Maarten Island Drive is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control, such as traffic, weather, or flight disruptions. We will always use reasonable efforts to get you to your destination on time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
